All participants will need to fill out and sign a
Tour Reservation Form and a Participant Agreement. These are available for download (PDF files) if you want to get started right away - or just contact us and we'll send them to you. Further tour information and details will be mailed to tour applicants once completed applications are processed. Tour registration is not complete until all forms and $500 deposit per participant have been received.

The final balance is due approximately 30 days prior to the departure date - we will send you a statement well before the due date. We accept payment by personal check, cashier's check, money order, VISA, and Mastercard. Please read the Participant Agreement for full details concerning payment methods, deadlines, cancellation and refund policies, terms & conditions, and your rights as a participant.

Our prices are current as of February 18, 2010. We make every effort to keep the cost of our tours as low as possible, but prices may fluctuate depending on changes in the exchange rates and other variables. All of our tour prices are subject to change without notice - however, prices are guaranteed when your tour is fully booked.

Registration and Booking Details:

Prices listed here reflect the costs based on our planned itineraries, which do contain room for flexibility. Pricing for custom-designed tours will vary depending upon number of participants, accomodation types, class of service, duration of tour, etc.

All our tour programs are priced on a "sliding scale." The tour prices listed above are based on a full complement of 8 participants. What that means is that if you can convince family, friends, or coworkers (or even that leprechaun you saw at the Paddy's Day parade) to join up, the overall cost will be reduced. Costs include all in-country accommodations, travel, entrance fees, travel insurance, and meals. Airfare is not included.

Prices quoted reflect two persons sharing a room. Single rooms are available for an additional supplement. During the high-traffic travel season (June - September), expenses are higher, thus the tour prices are higher.

All prices posted (as of 02/18/10) are based on 2010 projected costs. These costs are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, vendor increases, or fuel cost increases. Rising Road Tours makes every effort to keep prices low without sacrificing quality of service or accomodation.
