Our escorted tour pricing is ALL-INCLUSIVE except for air fare. Comprehensive details of all pricing, accommodations and amenities are available on the Pricing page.

(Note concerning pricing: Our prices are current as of May 1,2009. During this time of price volatility in the European Union, United Kingdom, vacations, travel, tour and cruise industry, please be advised the pricing can fluctuate within the same day. All of our tour prices are subject to change without notice. As a result, prices will not be guaranteed until tour is fully booked. We make every effort to keep the cost of our tours low as possible, but prices may fluctuate depending on changes in the exchange rates.)

Additional Registration Details:

The following information is provided for your convenience. You can register for a tour right away by downloading the printer-friendly PDF of the Tour Reservation Form and mailing or faxing it to us, or simply give us a call - we'd be happy to assist you in person!

Although our tours are priced for groups between four and eight participants, this is simply a recommendation. We are happy to create tours of groups from one to one hundred.

All participants will need to fill out and sign a Tour Reservation Form, and a Participant Agreement, and send these along with a $500 deposit per participant by the registration deadline (listed above.) Tour registration is not complete until all forms and deposit have been received. Further tour information, including a comprehensive Participant Guide, will be mailed to tour applicants once completed applications are processed.

The final balance is due approximately 30 days prior to the departure date - we will send you a statement well before the due date. We accept payment by personal check, cashier's check, money order, VISA, and Mastercard. Please read the Participant Agreement for full details concerning payment methods, deadlines, cancellation and refund policies, terms & conditions, and your rights as a participant.
